England’s top wave spot was on form in what turned out to be a top weekend for the UK and the rest of Europe. At Cribbar the swell and offshore winds aligned to bring together something truly special on the west coast.

The spot is renowned for creating some of the biggest waves in the whole of the UK, however, the majority of the time the waves don’t even break at all. The reef break, known as the widow maker could not be more temperamental, but when it does produce, it is truly special.

The break usually requires a jet ski tow in but plenty of people were taking on the waves with pure paddle power!
